Inspection of Products Upon Receipt
1. It is the user's responsibility to inspect all products immediately upon receipt.
Right to Cancel or Exchange
2. Cancellation of a transaction and/or exchange of a product will be permitted in accordance with the Website's Terms of Use and the provisions of applicable Israeli law.
Conditions for Return or Exchange
3. Return or exchange of a product will be permitted within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product, subject to the product being sealed, in its original packaging, and completely unused, as detailed in these Terms of Use.
Opening the packaging or the product, touching the product, or smelling the product in any way whatsoever constitutes use of the product. In such cases, no exchange or cancellation will be possible.
Standard Cancellation — Refund
4. In accordance with applicable law, a user is entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days of the date of order confirmation or the date of receipt of the product, whichever is later.
Subject to the provisions of applicable law and these Terms of Use, the Company will issue a refund to the user, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or ILS 100 — whichever is lower — within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
In accordance with applicable law, certain categories of goods cannot be returned or their transactions cancelled — including perishable goods.
Cancellation Due to Defect, Non-Conformity, or Late Delivery
5. In accordance with applicable law and these Terms of Use, a user is entitled to cancel a transaction within 14 days of the date of order confirmation or the date of receipt of the product, whichever is later, where cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity in the product, or due to the product not having been delivered by the agreed date.
In such cases, the Company will issue a full refund to the user with no cancellation fee, within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.
How to Submit a Cancellation or Exchange Request
6. Where a user has the right to exchange and/or cancel a transaction in accordance with applicable law and these Terms of Use, the user may submit a cancellation notice within the time periods set out above by emailing:

Return Process
7. Returns will be carried out in one of the following ways:
7.1 Exchange
After contacting us, a collection and delivery will be coordinated with the courier company. The new product will be delivered and the old product collected in a single visit. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
7.2 Return for Refund or Credit
The customer may choose to return the product physically to the address provided by customer service, or arrange a courier collection from their home address. Shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
